Certain Nau Choice Wellness services involve physical movement, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, or other experiential activities.

These activities may involve inherent risks, including physical discomfort, muscle soreness, strain, loss of balance, falls, dizziness, changes in breathing, emotional discomfort, or aggravation of an existing condition.

Participants agree to participate within their own abilities and limitations and to stop or modify an activity when necessary.
Trauma-Informed Approach
Nau Choice Wellness incorporates trauma-informed principles into appropriate offerings.

A trauma-informed approach is intended to support choice, personal agency, awareness, boundaries, and emotional safety.
However, trauma-informed wellness services are not psychotherapy or trauma treatment.

Individual responses to movement, breathwork, mindfulness, or somatic practices may vary.
No Guarantee of Results
Nau Choice Wellness does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or wellness outcomes from participation in any service or program.

Project 85™
Project 85™ is a FREE youth resilience initiative of Nau Choice Wellness™.

Project 85™ is delivered through participating organizations, which may include schools, detention centers, youth facilities, community organizations, nonprofits, and other youth-serving organizations.
​
Project 85™ is not an individual youth enrollment program.
​
Individual youth participants and their parents or guardians are not charged a participation fee for Project 85™.
​
Organizations may engage Nau Choice Wellness™ for program delivery, facilitation, preparation, training, or related services under a separate organizational agreement.
​
Any financial or contractual terms between Nau Choice Wellness and a participating organization will be established separately and do not create a participation fee for individual youth participants.
Project 85™ Is Not Therapy
Project 85™ provides group-based wellness and resilience practices.
​
It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health treatment.
​
Project 85™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
Youth Safety & Organizational Responsibility
Project 85™ is delivered through participating organizations.
​
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the participating organization remains responsible for its facility, participant supervision, security procedures, emergency procedures, staff requirements, and applicable organizational policies.
​
Where parent or guardian consent is required, the parties will determine the appropriate process for obtaining that consent.
Intellectual Property
The Nau Choice Wellness name, logos, branding, original written materials, graphics, photographs, videos, educational materials, program materials, curriculum, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Nau Choice Wellness LLC unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, or commercially used without written permission from Nau Choice Wellness LLC, except where otherwise permitted by law.
User Conduct
